Getting Started
It’s as simple as this:
- Pick a module
- Invite your team to meet
- Watch/listen, discuss & create an action plan
- IMPLEMENT!

Getting started on your first lesson:
1. Click on a lesson:
Each lesson is designed to be totally complete in 30 minutes – so you can include it as a part of your regular team meeting, if you like.
2. Schedule your team meeting
3. Send the link to the team member resources to your team members – once they register they can get access to the lesson, the templates, the handout AND the email portion of the lesson.
4. Facilitate the discussion – using the leader’s discussion guide, you’ll walk your team through deciding how to apply what you’ve learned
5. Look for results – each team member will have an action plan – just keep track of how they are doing with it, and you’ll see results!

Each week for the next 12 weeks I’ll send you a reminder with a featured module as well as links to all the modules – so you can pick the modules you want and take them at a pace that works best for you and for your team.
How each module works:
There are 6 core modules in the program.
Each module is designed to help your team start using these skills with a combination of
- Audio/video – a compact core audio/video lesson with the main points
- Personal engagement – everyone follows along in the student guide and fills in the blanks through the lesson
- Group discussion – based on a leader’s discussion guide, your team talks about the ideas from the lesson
- Personal action – each team member develops a mini-action plan of how they will begin to apply the ideas right away
- Reminders – Participants will get emailed “triggers” to use specific ideas in their work.
- Tools and Templates – simple example templates – blank, and filled in, too – so it’s easy to get started!
